In order to access our Product, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Product. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate and correct.
You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of any login related information with your account which you use to access our Product. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/s.
You are not share to our product and other resources. It is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our resources is strictly prohibited.
We are only responsible for any consequences, losses or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained below, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in our business, changes in payment methods, changes in technology, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system. If we do so we will notify you by email to the email address you have provided us with. It is therefore important that you review these Terms regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
We may provide various open communication tools on your website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, message boards, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that we do not save your any data or pre- screen on our portal then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:
It is illegal, threatening, offensive, abusive, harassing, degrading, threatening, fraudulent, deceptive and invasive or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate or explicit language.
Infringes on any trademark, patent, copyright or other proprietary right of any party.
If you install our product or use the script developed by us ,means you are agreed to all these terms and conditions. If you don’t agree with these then don’t install our products or use our scripts. By explicitly accepting these terms, you are installing,copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the script, you are acknowledging and agreeing to be bound by the following terms.
SRM IT Solutions Payment Terms are strictly 10 days from invoice date and these terms will be enforced rigorously. Upon acceptance of a proposal for website development, graphic design or programming work, we will issue an invoice for 50% of the total fee quoted, payable immediately and before any work or drafts are delivered to the client. The balance of all fees for the project is due within 10 days of receipt of final invoice. upon client acceptance of terms of project proposal (50% deposit) and upon completion of contract (remainder plus any additional unquoted work) its not our duty to take cheque/payment from your side, you should to deposit in our account. Any deposit paid to us and/or delivery times promised for work quoted is forfeit in its entirety if a period of 90 or days or more elapses in which the project does not move forwards due to insufficient or no contact from the client for whatsoever reason, whether within the clients control or not.
It is the clients responsibility to deliver material (e.g. copy, images) required to complete any work quoted for unless we have expressly and in writing undertaken to source any such material on our own account and we will take no responsibility whatsoever for any delays or forfeits caused by such material not being delivered. Please note it is not our policy to accept putting projects on hold and the client should take steps to ensure that sufficient means are available to complete a project once a contract is entered into.
If the payment is made during Monday to Friday Between 10 AM to 6 PM IST, product will be delivered within 24 hours. If payment is made during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or during any Indian National Holidays, the same will be delivered within 48 hours of payment.
The script, which is issued to a designated user, enables such designed user to install and use script only single domain.
We are not responsible for any damages including any general, special, incidental damages arising out of the changes done to the code or arising out of the use or inability to use the program (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you.)
We deliver only source code as per deal.
We provide only encryption code but we will not provide source code.
As SRM It Solutions only offers remote services, where a System Administrators time is the only real product, there are no "Delivery Charges". If a job requires travel, this will be agreed before hand and appropriate expenses included in the quote for work. (Mostly, all support are given online)
SRM IT Solutions does not offer a Refunds policy due to the fact that our work is based on Time, and due to the laws of the universe, we cannot currently return time (that is impossible ! ) . As web development is a task of time, where the finished product is a provisioned and deployed, once SRM It Solutions has started on a task we cannot offer a refund.
However, if SRM It Solutions is unable to complete the task due to problems on our end, we will first communicate with the client to work out the best solution and, if appropriate, we will offer a full refund if we have only spent a short amount of time on the task as a whole. It is our aim to always keep communication channels open so as to avoid these scenarios completely.
If you have a recurring service with SRM It Solutions, all charges are paid in advance during the billing cycle and are non-refundable. For billing cycles of 1 month or longer, and where a refund has been requested, please see below regarding cancellation.
We reserve the right the copyright notices text/link in the footer of all pages.
The copyright notices text/link can be removed ONLY by purchasing script.
You will remove our company name as per our deal.
We provide only single domain but not provide multiple domain.
When domain expire, our company is not responsible.
We provide encryption code but after 1 year if you did not renew/support of your website, we are not responsible for any problem on your website.
